Invite-only access
Portal accounts are issued by Virginia Blue Star Printing or by an organization administrator. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Proof approval
Production begins from the approved proof version. The approving user confirms artwork, spelling, quantities, specifications and the political disclaimer at the time of approval.
Disclaimers and sponsorship
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of committee names, payer information and required disclaimer language on printed materials.
Billing
Invoices are issued outside the portal. The portal records invoice status for reference and does not process payments.
Account changes
Organization administrators are responsible for removing departing staff and transferring approval responsibility.
