What we store
Account details for invited users, organization and committee records, order and quote history, uploaded artwork and proofs, invoices and delivery documentation, and an audit log of portal actions.
What we do not collect
The portal does not process payment card information and does not collect voter file data, voter contact records or canvassing data of any kind.
Who can see your records
Records are separated by organization. Members of your organization see your organization's records. Virginia Blue Star Printing staff access accounts to fulfill and support your orders.
File storage
Uploaded files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links to authorized users only.
